"The magazine for people who do not eat meat."
"You live vegan or vegetarian, and good food is just as important to you like good music? Annoy restaurants in" vegetarian understand "the leaflets know? You have long known that political and environmental commitment and what to do with nutrition? You may not care where your vegetables come from and what's inside? For you animal rights and human rights are important issues? Then "boil boneless" your issue. (...) "
A few days ago I held the magazine in his hands and was thrilled! The first issue I missed. Edition 2 is all about tofu and its various methods of preparation. Here is finally proved that tofu is not the boring radiergummiartige mass for which it is often thought, but varied, aufgregend and extremely tasty;)
"Cooking Boneless" is really very versatile, therefore, for it will be offered interviews, recipes, book reviews, restaurant reviews and other information about vegetarianism and veganism.
also really appealing is the design, cheerful, colorful and not too overloaded. This magazine is in my opinion really closed a gap and I hope that it will expand in the future perhaps. Is it fun to read it, the topics are taught to understand.
Even as a vegan / in one here is not too short, but are in many reports, eg, on book reviews and to a vegan lifestyle respected and vegan information presented. Even with the one other interviews vegan-modern projects are presented.
All in all I'm really happy about this magazine and hope that they have a large audience (and the / one or the other / s omnivore / in;)) responds.
seeing-and worth reading!
