"What to do if a food allergy / intolerance?"
Hm Admittedly a difficult question. Currently, this intolerance to lactose / gluten / fructose, etc., are quite topical. Almost every time I enter the "normal" supermarkets untwerwegs am, my products fall into the hands of running a "gluten free" or and "lactose free" is listed. Previously it was a rarity, there were more than the health food store / health food store to buy. In short, the number of food intolerances (uh, what a long word ^ ^) is increasing and that of the person concerned. Why?
clear is that an allergy often causes a next, especially in such sensitive areas such as nutrition. Since it is a long time around and then the whole thing starts again from scratch. Since I am not well versed with all food intolerances, I will set myself to the special case someone wants to be vegan, but perhaps has a soy allergy:
I have already with many people talking that would be like to vegan, but have failed eg on a soy allergy. The first move I did when I went for a vegan Ernährugn, was to think of soy milk. Is quite simple, I thought to myself - I drink cow's milk eh not really, so I'm testing a try soy milk. The AlproSoya products in the supermarket then I quickly found and was happy. Of course, I was one of the lucky ones who have caught even the right soy milk because you have to watch so, because some are not sweetened, as it is to cook with those in the cereal taste ... .. Well then - rather modest. But that's another issue: D
Well. What about those who test out these products and remember, but they totally do not get it? That means: no tofu, no soy milk, not soy cream, anything with soy flour, soy yogurt, and other no Yofu, etc. - anything with soy may come to the plate, unless you risk a change of stage. If one then first before really hard and you think, then I stay up all eaters or vegetarians ...
but I advise anyone who wants to go vegan really, is discouraged by such stones in the road can not. Yes, it is difficult - indeed, one is limited. But the deals on rice milk and oat milk're already a start. If you browbeaten can and keep your eyes open, you will notice that rice milk and oat milk, which - like the soy milk - there used almost exclusively in health food / organic market, are now collected long ago in the well-stocked supermarkets. A small beginning, but at least =)
who seeks finds, and I have discovered already delicious chocolate rice milk. And an alternative to soya cream, such as soy cuisine would be the cream of oats Oatly. The available until now only in health food / organic market. A product idea I'll post soon.
Of course, one is with a soy allergy as a vegan / restricted or vegetarian. But I want really encourage everyone to not let it get. I also think almost that if you really want, can not it get it, and accesses the alternative. An alternative that tastes way much better than soy milk ....
available here someone described the problem? Would be nice to hear or read something about it =)
The ISA logs off. Finally, there still needs to be done. =)
