I would like you herewith the ca.99 minute strip called "Super Size Me" imagine, a project by Morgan Spurlock, who tested in the experiment on himself, even as so happy, for a month, just by the * cough *... uh ... "Food" to eat at McDonald's.
He has chosen his next time of course, set some rules of eating that is three meals a day, of course, McDonald's, every product on the "menu" to take at least once, never more than 2000 steps per day to go and order a "Super Size" menu when prompted. Whether in Germany or Europe is super-size menus, I do not know but even the normal Meüs in the U.S. of something big and rich, however, are our children proper food. Perhaps this has now changed, I was already more than 10 years no longer in the McDonald's ...
Anyway, the film shows the preparations for Morgans, the time during the self-test and of course the consequences!

How all this at the end looks like, I do not anticipate, so much was said - permanent damage, the doctor impossible. Check it out, and if you can, recommends further this DVD. A lot of fun to watch despite the shocking picture, I think ...
If you can, try the DVD version with the accompanying bonus material to get, there is a nice treat for the researchers provided to you. Morgan tests the various hamburger, for example, from fast-food chains, restaurants and home-made. These he placed under bell and waits in which food is first switched on a decomposition process. 3x guesses which Hamburg after 2 months still looked like new ...
--- I have now that often some of the movie reviews to post here, which I think it could interest a / n vegan / in. Unfortunately, there are not too many movies with direct focus or content of vegan, but I threw myself constantly hyenas way to all similar documentaries available on DVD about nutrition. I'm here to raise some still in stock and hope your interest in one or the other strip and you hereby forcing me if you what is in their hands to write!
